We fished this past Thanksgiving weekend. The White Trout are on fire. Catching them around the Pensacola Bay Bridge and in Grand Lagoon; fishing the deep holes around the docks using cut bait or speck rig jigs. The Bull redfish are still being caught in Pensacola Pass using live pinfish; some schools of redfish can be found in the gulf near the beach using jigs . Weather permitting the near shore wrecks in the gulf are holding trigger fish and mingo snapper.Very tasty this time of year.

The Bull Redfish are still thick in the passes. Using live Pinfish and Jigs. The Flounder have started making there migratory run to the passes. Using live bullminows or small pinfish around the rock jetties in the pass and inshore reefs.Red snapper and triggerfish are bitting on the close in wrecks on live or dead bait. Remember Snapper Season closes Nov. 22.

The bull redfish have moved into Pensacola Bay and they are thick. We are catching them on live pin fish and jigs. Red snapper and triggerfish are bitting at the close in wrecks on live or dead bait.
